These are really nice 2 bedroom apartments. There are only 16 apartments in the complex. Each comes with an office, dishwasher, icemaker and a 5X10 storage building. They all have nice carpet, paint and tile. There is an on site laundry mat. The 900 sq ft apartments rent for $475.00 a month. The 1400 sq ft apartments rent for $550.00 a month. They allow no pets. Bells is a wonderful community and is growing fast. The apartments are with in walking distance to Milano's Pizza and Jackie's Catfish, both serve wonderful food. The schools here are rated exemplary. New businesses are coming to Bells, a Dollar General, Sonic and a new Floyd's Auto are opening soon as well as Jimca tractor Dealer. The motto of Bells is the Crossroads of Friendliness, I have lived here 26 years and wouldn't want to live any where else. Search for Bells Texas there is a nice web site for more information.
