In addition to the crazy manager (she is crazy, I think she's spent too much time in a gym) the equipment is pretty worn and dated. The whole club just has a slum feel to it. Poor lighting, horrible ventilation. Every time I was in the upstairs weight room it was too warm and smelly. They're putting a new face on the outside but I haven't seen any improvements to the interior. Their spin instructors are pitiful. I usually go at night so I don't know if the day staff is more friendly or not. Hard to tell as the front desk staff sit behind a nearly 5' high wall.
Pros: You won't have to wait for equipment
Cons: lack of ventilation, rates, age of equipment
