How refreshing! At last, a restaurant for those of us who expect more than the usual desert fare. Chef Aaron Barnett has created a menu worthy of the metropolitan areas in which he has previously worked, but prepared the with the careful consideration of local customers. The scallops and vodka-cured salmon were amazing! The filet rivaled any I've ever had. The wine list was incredible and Mark Sontz, the sommelier, lived up to his reputation. The dining room was casual, but elegant, and we felt right at home. The Desert Sage is a necessary stop for any true food lover!
