The donuts can be good, and the people are certainly nice enough. The problem is you don't know what you are going to get. I've had really tasty donuts, and I've had things that were so stale you could hammer nails with them. The last time I went (and it looks like it really will be the ""last"" time) I bought two dozen donuts for a group, as always. I *specifically told* them I'd had problems with stale donuts, and I wanted an assortment of whatever was freshest. Decent sized purchase, you'd think they'd want to do right by me. Since they were actively making donuts, and there were racks of fresh ones cooling, it shouldn't have been hard. But once again I got a mix of tasty fresh ones and rock hard leftovers that people actively complained about. I'll have to find some other, more reliable place, because these people just aren't interested in keeping customers.
