Customer service was horrible! From the moment we entered the shop, the OWNER had an attitude with us. She was not familiar with her roses and was not helpful in selection. The order was filled, but was incorrect. When confronted with the problem, she ARGUED with us about what we had ordered. This is not how you should run a business. Avoid this shop at all costs!
