While this guy can be a nice trainer on certain days, he can be equally bad on others. It's almost like he suffers from semi-permanent PMS.............. he is very tempermental and moody. He takes everything very personally and acts like everyone who trains with him is competing for Mr. Universe title. If you deviate slightly from your diet or exercise plan, he throws a hissy fit!

Cons: Bad training companion, obnoxious instructor
