Old Man bus driver picks up deaf child in Fall River, and lays on his horn every morning (twice for about 3-5 seconds each). Then, he gets angry and yells at you if you ask him nicely to please not do this. This went on for months until finally enough people complained about it, and hopefully now the problem is resolved.
