I received a gift certificate and took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned. The woman at the counter quoted a price, a date and told me to save the certificate until I picked it up. A week after the dress was to be finished I went to pick it up. The owner looked panicked and asked if I needed it for the weekend. They hadn't even begun to clean it...a week after it was suppose to be finished (no phone call...nothing). He said it would be at least another week. When I finally went back to pick it up the owner had the nerve to tell me that the certificate didn't cover wedding dresses. I told him that I showed it before I even dropped off the dress and he finally gave in. Acted like he was doing me the big favor. Two weeks late on the dress, trying to get out of letting me use a gift certificate and he is doing me a favor! Very snotty and obviously doesn't care about service No wonder the place was empty the three times I went in there. Avoid!
