I love going to the Outback Steakhouse because it is close to my house and I love baby back ribs. The food is always correctly prepared, my wife likes her meat medium rare, and we never leave hungry. The one problem with THIS location is its customer service. Every time we go there we see someone who has gotten the wrong food, the server didn't place the correct order, the courses came out in the wrong order, or in our case our server took our order then forgot to enter it and forgot that we were her table. The manager told us later that this was a training issue. I have personally witnessed 10 ""training issues"" in the past 18 months. I still go there because I love the food and there next closest location is 25 miles away. If you want great food and great service try Not Your Average Joes at Wellington Circle.
