Sales people friendly at first but if you have to return something look out!! You will never be able to shop there again...that is what the sales team will tell you in the nicest way possible. I custom ordered a sofa and when I received it the pattern was totally miss matched! (Manufacturers problem!?) They took the sofa back no problem, then I went there to look for another sofa...off the showroom floor the owner saw me and left the building then called a sales associate on the phone while I was standing there and told her to tell me that if I bought something from them again there would be no returns...( so it was my fault that the sofa was miss matched????) anyway I left and will never be back again....if you are not sure what you want don't go to Gibsons b/c you will only have one time to buy and return if you don't like it or it dosen't fit the room or not match the carpet or custom ordered not matching pattern..you get my drift. more
