I think that everybody is just used to the old beat down bbq house that was located on the hill. The truth is, everybody that thinks the prices are too high is still blinded by the precedent name of the establishment. The service is ALWAYS picture perfect and has never seen more of a professional staff in my years of dining out. Considering some of the people complaining about the place cant even seem to spell "Ruth's Cris" correctly, I see them as very inexperienced diners that dont appreciate a classy restaurant in Simi Valley. Ive been living in Simi Valley all my life and as sad as it sounds, we're not used to having local restaurants that exhibit such an upscale ambiance and professional staff that caters to every need before you know it.
You can count my family and I as loyal customers that have grown close to the management who all seem to have every avenue in the restaurant covered.
Pros: Very Friendly and professional staff. Beautiful establishment and great food!
