I grew up in Culver City and hated this place. The lines, the ambiance and the parking are all awful. The first five or so times I went (which took about ten years to accomplish) seemed equally bad to me. My entire life I heard how people loved it and I just didn't get it. Then one day (I guess my sixth try) the food tasted good. I started going occasionally and now I love the place! I too have become one of these nutty people who stand in line for 30 minutes late at night to get Titos. You'll either hate this place or become one of its loyal followers. Im still not crazy about their enchiladas, but their beef taco with cheese covered in guacamole is great!
Pros: Food, Inexpensive
Cons: Parking, Ambiance
