Note from company 9/15/2006

I am an employee at Celibré and it troubles me to see Citysearch reviews written by our competitors. We have approached Citysearch with our concerns about competitor reviews and unfortunately, they say is there is nothing they can do about it. We have seen reviews appear here that claim there is no physician at our office when in fact there is a full time physician. We have seen reviews here that claim it took an hour to get parking when in fact we have extensive free parking at each of our facilities. We have read reviews that have stated that we have "scarred" our patients. If so, how does our company avoid legal action? We have never faced any of these types of claims for "scarring" or anything else. It is very unfortunate for consumers because the good intentions behind the Citysearch model - basing the value of a business on consumer reviews- has been violated by competitors that are not good enough at what they do to compete with us on ethical grounds. Instead they choose to slander our organization with the hope of dissuading consumers from considering our organization. Fortunately, our competitors can do nothing about our existing patients referring their friends, neighbors and relatives after they have received excellent service from our organization. If you are a consumer trying to determine where you would like to procure laser skincare services, I would suggest you go to a consultation at several facilities, including Celibré, and decide for yourself which organizations are the most caring and professional. We welcome fair competition from any and all of the other cosmetic dermatology practices in Los Angeles and Orange County. By the way, make sure they take before and after pictures! The Celibré Team.
