My first experience at Saffron was disappointing, but it ended up fine. The parking was great, the facility was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and I was excited to have a blowdry and manicure before my big Girls Night Out.
I arrived exactly on time and waited 30 min for my appointment to start. After I had waited 30 extra minutes, Lucy, the woman who blew my hair dry took way longer than expected. I let someone know that it was my first time there and I had an important night planned, and that I needed to be out of there by a certain time. Not too long after I had said something, Judy, the owner accomodated for me in every way possible. My manicure, despite the rush, was great and Judy was able to help things move along in a timely manner so I could enjoy my night. She even comped my manicure because of the mishap. I really appreciate the gesture and how the situation was handled. Thank you!
I have visited Saffron since that incident and have not had any other problems. I would definitely recommend having a message with Renee. I plan on having another massage there, but definitely NOT another blowdry!
I would like to say that overall, Saffron is an excellent day spa and Concord really needed a place like this! Great day spa, great location, attractive facility, reasonable prices!
