I am from Texas, and had some clients from Louisiana with me for a business trip. I've been to some of the finest steakhouses in the country, including many on all the Top 10 Steakhouse lists you find on the airlines. Hands down, this was the best steak I've ever had. I ordered the end cut of the bone in prime rib, and it was to die for. The menu boasts the most extensive and impressive list of cuts I've ever seen. I also thought the wasabi mashed potatoes and gorgonzola mac n' cheese (yes, mac n' cheese) were the tastiest sides I've ever had. The waitress was very polished and had a great attitude, and the place just reeked of class.
I'd definately recommend you take people there if you're wanting to impress them. Not cheap, but class doesn't come that way.
Pros: Menu selections, Size of Steaks, Gorgonzola Mac and Cheese!
Cons: not cheap, abit crowded seating, dark
