I love the shaved ice at Suno! It's not the ordinary shaved ice at all. The ice itself is so fine and fluffy and almost a bit milky and sweet. The toppings are made of fresh ingredients, sweet but not sickening sweet, plus, going back for more syrup is free of charge. I was also pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. As far as ordering goes, I went there with my freinds every week (that's a good maybe 40-50 times) in the past year and so far only 1 of my friends had her order a bit messed up. They are more than happy to correct the order no questions asked. The staffs there are very nice and friendly.
Overall I wish they open one up in midtown too since going up to Duluth is quite a bit of drive. Lucky for whoever lives around there.
Pros: Great dessert items and drinks, plenty of sitting seats, great customer service
Cons: Not that I can think of. I love the place.
