This is an older branch, which has just recently changed agents. I am very satisfied with the new agent. THey have turned around the customer service of this branch. I now get prompt replies on claims, and don't have to harass them anymore. Statefarm is a little expensive but the quality of insurance, and the ease of being able to get all my insurance needs from one provider is worth it. Hard to get into the shopping strip, and not a lot of parking.
