I was opening a small business, and needed whatever insurance I neede to carry. I knew nothing as this was a new experience for me all together. He was the first persona I called, and not knowing better I went with him. As things moved forward, and I learned more about opening a business, I felt confident enough to shop around. WOW, was I shocked. I was way overcharged, and he did not even know what he was doing. If you need business insurance, stay away! I guess it is not their specialty, so look elsewhere!
