The experience that I have with AFLAC is just on the telephone, but it was enough to steer me away for good. The people were VERY rude, they kept you on the phone on hold forever just to tell you that you really needed to just call back at a better time. When you finally did speak to someone they didn't seem to care about your situation or helping you. To top it all off the rates were crazy high.. Not worth it, in my opinoin.
