I used this group for a number of years because of their contract with Nicor. Every time I tried to schedule an appointment with them at a time when I could be home, they would tell me they couldn't come out for a month, or that they had no appointments. I finally gave up and called Nicor myself and got a reasonable appointment. They obviously just didn't want to take care of their contractual obligations.
