We took our dog to Critter Fixer's today for a heartworm and flea check. They advertise a discount on Saturdays if you are willing to wait in line. What we found out was that they discount the office visit by $20 but overcharge on the medication needed by more than $20. When I complained, the very young women who seemed to be in charge said; "We were welcome to take our business else where". Next time... We will! We had waited over an hour or we would have walked out today. The KIDS working there seemed not to know what to do. They were trying to give our dog a rabies shot and various other treatments that he didn't need. We got our dog from the SPCA two years ago and I carried in a copy of his records including the rabies shots for verification. When they looked at his records, they had nothing on him and almost refused to treat him. I will NOT GO BACK and will make sure I let others know that Critter Fixer's is not interested in what is best for you and your pet! The vet was right ou
