This store is very, very busy. To be avoided on weekends unless absolutely necessary. The employees are helpful but are pulled in many directions. Their genius bar is great and the guys are nice but you need to make an appointment online to see them. You can't just walk in with your ipod and get help.
Pros: Great staff, lots of services, all Apple products on display
Cons: Too many humans in the store! Where do these people come from?
