This is the best Barnes and Noble stores I've been to. They have great customer service and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They always have the latest releases, but if you can't find what you're looking for, they always help you find something available in one of their branching stores and hold it in reserve for you.
PROS: Quiet, peaceful setting for reading/browsing. Always have the very latest.
CONS: Don't have a CD/DVD section like some other Barnes and Noble stores.
