The doctors that I've seen at the Blackhawk Medical Group are great. The billing team is pretty good. One time my mom went to see the dr, when she had a different PCP. That meant she had to pay for the lab tests out of pocket. They billing team called her before sending the results in. They also called me back pretty quickly when I asked for a referral. The most appealing quality to me is they are very close to my home!
