I purchase a sewing machine from this company, and was so excited about using it. I took it out of the box, and began to sew. It made an awful sound, and skipped stitches. I reboxed it and tried to take it back the next day. I say tried because they stood firm are their "all sales are final" sign hidden behind the cash register out of sight. They did offer to give me a different machine, but only if I paid over $100 difference between the two machines. My questions was, if the first machine they sold me was defective, why would I give them more of my money for a different one!\r \r When I went back in to talk to the owner, he wouldn't come to the counter. He told the man working the counter to deal with me himself and not to bother him again. I was so infuriated!\r \r They will definitely NOT be getting any more of my business PROS: None CONS: They do not believe in customer service more
