I lived here for three years and enjoyed most of it. I started out in a 2/1 but after a year I remarried and we needed a 2nd bath. Unfortunately, the location was not the best. It was across from the laundry room and the mailboxes. The laundry room is busy and the door slams a lot. During the day it's like the well at the center of town, a hubbub of activity. I think there are 10 washers and 10 dryers, which most of the time is fine. People there have a habit of leaving their clothes in the washers too long, I recommend you move them to the shelf and go on about your business. The managers are on site, and you can see them buzzing about all day long. Ernie and Gail have been there for many years, and run a tight ship. Don't think you're gonna get away with being a bad tenant! Very strict, but it pays off.
PROS: Smaller, quiet complex, nice homey feel, managers on site
CONS: Managers on site, just a laundry room
