When my Bosch dishwasher malfunctioned, I had trouble finding a plumber who could repair it. The appliance repair company I typically used doesn't work on Bosch, and neither did several of the other "big" companies I called. I finally tried Sterling Downs, and was happy to learn that they worked on Bosch, and could get out to my house very quickly. The repairman, Frank, was very knowledgeable, and ended up charging me less for repairs than his estimate. I would definitely use them again for future problems.
