I've had Allstate car insurance for 20+ years now. I also have my home owners insurance through them too. I'm very satisfied with my rates and I have a great plan. My teenage daughter has been involved in 2 car accidents. The first was with her new car she had only for 1 week. Someone rear ended her and totalled her car. On top of it the person that hit her had no insurance. Which meant we had to use our own to pay for the damages he did to her car.My Allstate agent helped me out through everything. We couldn't save the car but we got a check for it and we got back what we paid for it, so we were very happy. A couple years later my daughter was a passenger in a friends car when she got in an accident. The airbag deployed and hit my daughter in the eye. She lost her site in her right eye from that accident. Unfortunately, the plan the girl carried was for the bare minimum and my daughter barely got anything after the lawyer and medical bills were taken from the settlement. I called my A
