So, I read the rest of the reviews and felt so vindicated! A friend and I went last week for lunch and just sort of wandered in because we both love Italian. The person who greeted us (sort of) told us we could sit ""wherever"", so we did. We ended up getting up after 10 minutes and getting our own menus (there were only 7 people in the restaurant!). We each ordered a ceasar salad (absoluted wilted greens with a bland dressing) and a split order of chicken picatta. After our salads arrived (another 15 minutes later) we wanted cracked pepper and once again go up and go it ourselves. When our meal came (another 15 minutes later) it was cold and pitiful. All along, we had to ask for everything, water, etc. I finally asked the waitress if they had just opened, figuring that could excuses the behavior/food. Nope, they've been open 4 years! I am a food junkie..love good food and adore and respond to good service. We got neither. Cannot believe they are still in business!!
