I gave Lisa Holding DBA R&L Fencing a deposit of $6,000 on June 1st and she has yet to install the first section of fence. Lisa has lied to me so many times I have lost count. I have taken a warrant for her, and filed a complaint the TN Dept of Consumer Affairs. \r
Before you sign a contract with her and give her money you better check her out. You were warened here first!!
