I am new to the area, and went to AndrewJames salon after reading the reviews here on Citysearch. It totally exceeded my expectations. All of the employees are courteous, professional, and friendly. They are all very attentive, and the salon operates like clockwork. The customer service is outstanding, complete with lattes, great magazines, a mellow atmosphere, and good music. I wanted to change both my cut and color, and each stylist just did an amazing job--listening to what I wanted, talking over different options, then giving me the best color and cut I have ever had. I will be recommending AndrewJames to anyone who will listen!
Pros: excellent cuts and color, great atmosphere and customer service
Cons: a little far away from me, but worth the drive!
