The wine selection was excellent. However, when I called to check on my order I was told that I was shipped and was given a Fed-Ex tracking number. The number turned out to wrong. I called back and was given another Fed-Ex tracking number that one did not show up on Fed-Ex either. Frustrated I sent an e-mail. The next day I called again, I was told a mistake was made and may case of wine have not been shipped because they were waiting for one bottle of wine. The person I spoke with said they make every effort to get the case, a gift, delivery that day. Of course, the box was not delivered until late the following day. And in response to my e-mail regarding the two Fed-Ex tracking number I found out that both my packages were no there way one to Michigan and the other to New Jersey. \r

These are NOT the best folks at customer service. I will never use them again, if you do......be careful.\r
Pros: Wine variety Is terrific
Cons: Customer Service is non existant.
