After searching for a personal trainer for quite awhile, I was relieved to have found Kenya. I needed to lose quite a bit of weight and tone up my body. I knew immediately from our consultation that she was going to be the trainer for me. Kenya always arrives promptly and makes our workouts fun. She will never let you give up! We still work together and I've lost quite a bit of weight since we started. I highly recommend Kenya to any woman who is looking to get into shape.
