I went to see the doctor after returning from a trip to Peru. I explained my situation but felt like I wasn't being heard. My condition developed in Peru, but the office didn't think that had anything to do with it. I had numerous tests done and was told it would take a week to receive the results. A month later they arrived stating nothing was wrong and that I was suffering from anxiety. I sought a second opinion and found out I was suffering from intestinal parasites, which doctor Rincon's office either didn't look for find even after I told them there was something wrong with my digestive system. \r
I also did not have insurance and paid cash for this appointment. I was overcharged on my initial visit by $200 and had to return for a refund. I paid for all the tests and they were sent to a lab. Since the testing the lab has sent me a bill for the testing as well. I was told this would all cost around $500, but if I can't get these bills worked out it will cost around $1000. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month and find Dr. Rincon's office extremely difficult to work with. They are uncompassionate and show little concern about their patients. Since I began researching this I have seen other negative reviews about this office on this site, but they always seem to disappear after a short while. I don't know if this site only posts positive reviews, but this office is not to be trusted and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Cons: overbilling, poor listening skills
