This used to be amazing food. I frequented this restaurant at a minimum of once a week! Then one day the staff seemed all new. My meal was dry and roll was literally SOLID! I gave it to the waitress who laughed and said ""This one must have been in the back!"". Hahaha... old bread is funny, I suppose. She got our drink order wrong twice and then gave us four drinks instead of two. She apologized and said that they were on the house if we wanted them. (How much soda pop can you drink?) We asked what was up with the food (it was off to say the least) and she said they had gotten a new chef. We left disappointed and were double billed for the entree we had split. They fixed the bill after approx. 15 minutes of complication and we took it as a sign not to go back. Unfortunately I hadn't learned my lesson... I went back to the restaurant twice in the last year and had very similar experiences... Bad. Expensive ""food. ($35 easy for a meal!) Don't waste your time or your money hoping they will improve! If youre still set on German food support the Gustavs in Clackamas, OR!
