Okay hotel with nice pool. Slightly outdated rooms. But look out for hidden fee's and charges. This hotel management has habit of overcharging. Multiple patrons have complained of 25-50% over charges. They charged me extra 30% fee on my exit bill for phantom charges. GM unable or unwilling to fix. Bad accounting practices, poor customer service, terrible catering manager.\r \r Factor in added these costs, better to stay at nearby Embassy Suites or Crown Plaza. True 4 star hotels with superior service at same costs. Pros: Good Location, Nice Pool Cons: Terrible Service, Bad Catering, Hidden Fee's more
