Where do I start?? The company lied to me about all kinds of hidden costs that were not mentioned until the install of my Direct TV system was almost complete. The installer lied and told me it was impossible to put the jack for the cable on the wall I wanted it on. I had to threaten him with bringing in another installer to double check his work before I figured out it could be put where I wanted it he just wanted to use existing wires that were already there from a previous install. Doing this would allow him to get to his next appointment quicker to make more money for the day. He could care less about how I wanted it done, he just wanted the quick and easy way out. The owner of the company acted like I was a complete thorn in his side because I wanted the wiring to be unseen. As it stands they did not even finish the install. I have cables hanging from the roof down to the back of my TV, it looks horrible. This is the single most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen in my life. All they care about is getting your money, they dont care that I am completely unsatisfied with the install. The owner was very rude to me when I tried to resolve the matter with him. All he did was scream at me and hang up the phone. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, avoid them at all costs.
