HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY FAR AWAY. \r Arrived at 2:00pm to find the door locked and the employee browsing the internet. I knocked and inquired if they were open. She was obviously annoyed and screeched back ""Yes, we're closed"". I commented that she should then hang a sign indicating so. \r I walked away and the owner decided to storm out and follow me down the street to tell me that "" as a small business owner sometimes you have to be closed!"" Now, if she had shown that much energy to, instead of screeching she was closed, to apologize for the delay, open the door and ask what she could help me with, she would have a $100.00 or so in sales. Instead she lost this customer and 4 other people who witnessed her ridiculous behavior. \r \r I hope the next tenant provides quality customer service. No need to shop any place where your business is not appreciated. more
