The fish is very fresh. The service always quick and attentive. The cheks do a great job creating your sushi. AND the cooked food is terrific. Try the BUTTER SALMOS. They say it's made with fresh sushi grade salmon, sauteed in butter and served w killer fried rice/veggies, and a smooth white sauce. It's less than $9! Definitely the best in WS.
