I disagree with the other review. I've gone to Wagner's for years and had nothing but great experiences. Since I don't know anything about auto mechanics, they always gave me great advice about what service I should and (more importantly) shouldn't get done. \r

The pricing is extremely fair as well - based on several occasions when I got quotes from competitors. I feel like I've gotten great service at a great price every time I've been there. \r

And I've never had any problems like the one discussed in the other review. The only thing I can think of is that the other reviewer got mad and posted a negative review after Wagner's held his car until he paid his bill. I don't blame them for that. There's no other reason for them to keep your car. In fact, most of the time they ask me to pick up my car as soon as possible because they have limited space to store them. \r

Again, I'm not very educated about auto mechanics, but I do know that I trust the people at Wagner's.
Pros: Trust, Fair Prices, Excellent Service
Cons: Sometimes they get really busy and can't get to your car right away
