BAD,BAD,BAD, PinkDot I have used three times now and I must say it has been three times too much. Every time I call too place my order I get a cashier who seems too be occupied with someone else. Probably occupied handling sales in the store. When I ask a question most times I get a answer ""I dont know"". They are poorly trained by the management and Pinkdot should devote the phone orders too someone in a room where there is peace and quiet and keep thier store sales staff seperate from phone orders. The cashiers always seem rushed too get you off the phone and that makes for a unpleasant experience. The delivery guys are some of the worst in L.A.. They forget too bring things, speak very little english, and twice have delivered broken items. Once was eggs and the other was when the driver brought a six pack of beer(bottles) and he said he dropped the bag and two of the bottles broke and beer was all over my magazines. He said he would let the cashier know and a credit would be issued and that never happened. This company is very poorly run and please avoid them. My recommendation is to order 1 day ahead from Albertsons ONLINE. Pros: Items arrive cold Cons: Poor customer service, late deliverys, high prices. more
