Georges' just made a lasting impression by giving me the worst dining expreience I have ever had. I ate there 2 years ago (when it was La Mas Perrier) and for as professional the service was then, it is completely amateur. It seemed as though I was educating the waiter about their food and wine. The entire staff appeared apathetic and apathy is not what you want when paying $400 for dinner. The misery of poor, inattentive service outweighs the quality of the food.
