This was the worst restaurant experience that i have ever encountered. Not only was the service terrible, but the food was far too expensive for the amount that they serve you. When I first arrived here, so many of my friends told me that the ""best"" food was here. They told me that it was ""home, away from home"". Well, they were wrong. When we went there this past Friday (first time), we were not greeted at all by anyone. There was no hostess or person in the front to even ask what we were waiting for. The sad part was that there were 6 people at the front counter and 3 right in front of us. To add insult, when we were finally seated (30 minutes later and 6 tables available on the 2nd floor), the water took our order, but did not even offer to give us silverware to eat our food. We had to ask 5x before someone finally came to give us. If I only did not want to embarrass myself, I would have probably went to the kitchen or area where they have the utensils and gotten it myself. Finally the food came (20 minutes later). We were a party of 6, so we ordered Beef Stew (bulalo), Mongo Bean Soup (mongo), Grilled Pork Belly (inihaw na baboy), Grilled Squid (inihaw na pusit), Sisig (mixed pork intestine), and softdrinks (coke, diet coke, and sprite). Again, no bowls were even offered to put the soup in. What do you think happened next? I finally gave in and flipped. I could not get over the service at this restaurant and complained to the supervisor how lousy their service was. NO MATTER WHY THE BRANCH IN THE CITY CLOSED DOWN!!!
Pros: decent bakery....
Cons: high priced, terrible service, go -go bar atmosphere
