Let me start by saying that I only have experience with the cuts here. I generally go to the same stylist, who is fantastic! Her cuts are excellent and I am consistently complimented on them. In addition, this stylist is extremely personable and getting a cut from her is always a pleasure. In addition, shehas never tried to sell me any products. She once asked me what product I used, and when I told her she said it was a good choice for my hair type, and left it at that. (Granted they sell that product, but she's never mentioned it again, so I don't know how much of a motivation that was.) Also, when I was considering coloring my hair she discouraged my doing so, even though it would have made more money for her/the salon.\r

I once went to a different stylist at Cooper Alley, and although the cut was excellent, I did not enjoy the experience as much. (She did make one extremely minimal attempt to sell me a product.)\r

Also, I have neve had my hair colored there. However, the general perception seems to be that their color doesn't last long and is not entirely consistent. (Even the person who refered me to cuts said this.) As a result, it might not be the place to go if you are looking for color.
Pros: Skilled Stylists, Lots of Time Allotted For Cuts (not rushed)
