I am a ordinary customer there with my husband. We love JJ's scallops california roll with the creamy sauce on top and edemame potstickers. Those two dishes explains a touch of French. Because the owner, JJ, was graduated from the French Culinary Institute. She uses the French cooking techniques in her dishes and thats why its called fusion. Chow!
