I had a stroller on hold and I went into pay for it and they had sold it to someone else. When they put something on hold for someone they keep it on the sales floor, rather than pulling it off. It should be first come first serve. They did not even seem to care. The lady just standed their trying not to laugh. No apology was given. Then the lady had the nerve to say she could take my name and call me when some more came in. I was thinking to myself are you really going to hold that for me before I come in again or just have another wasted trip. Why waste your time with this store. They are very unprofessional and should not even be open. I highly do not recommend this store at all.
