WE went around 2:00pm, the sushi chef was very friendly, knowledgable and skilled. The fish is very fresh, and they do make a great sashimi. The chef will recommend you the speical of the day, which is the freshest stuff you can get of the day. The chef will also accomended your like, so feel free to communicate your idea with them. The yellowtail belly and toro was excellent. And the salmon with twisted fusion was great too. Habachi special, orange clam and Uni was ok. They are very generous on giving the portion too, they gave us extras sashimi for lots of the order we did. Their fresh made unagi was wonderful! Big eye tuna and tamago was very nice too! Overall, their quality is very good - compare to so many sushi restaurant that I have been too! (competable with Matsuhisa!!!)
