I have nothing but positive things to say about the gym itself, but I've found Member Services at their corporate department to be mediocre at best. After leaving the gym because we were moving out of town, it's been quite a hassle to get my prepaid last month back. They seem to have no ability to speed up the refund process. We'd really like to close our MA bank account and we can't do so until they refund the debit card we paid the membership with. It's totally unreasonable for it to take 4 weeks to refund $ to a credit card. Three emails and a phone call later, still no refund. Technically, this is a very easy task involving a few minutes at best at a computer. But, they just can't seem to get it done. Beware.
