I purchased a couch and love seat the first new furniture that my husband ever bought, loved it the first couple of weeks then it went down hill from there the recliner foot rest padding came off they had to pick it up on there time, not mine got it back in 2 weeks the same thing happened again didn't call because it was a waste of my time. the quality of the product is very poor. I'm looking for new living room furniture and that place is not on my list.
Pros: customer service (but not very high)
Cons: poor quality and didn't try to make it any better for me
