No sauce needed, tender, fatty, and smoky ribs! Possibly the best I've ever had. I've heard good things about Smitty's brisket but it may have been an off day when we went, because the brisket was rather dry. Sausage was loose and smokey and the casing was crisp, but could've used a bit of seasoning. Sweet tea was a good companion to wash all the meat down with.
Pros: Great ribs, authentic old town atmosphere
